Ciarán O’Meara

Ciarán is an Executive at Capnua, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. Ciarán is a chartered accountant who enjoys working closely with entrepreneurial clients and has transaction experience across a variety of sectors. These transactions include the sale of BDS Vending Solutions to Coca-Cola HBC, the sale of Hevac & The Heat Merchants Group to Wolseley UK, a CD&R company and a debt refinancing for Flyefit. Responsible for the day-to-day execution activities of transactions, Ciarán is focused on helping entrepreneurial clients achieve their strategic objectives. Ciarán has worked across Buy-Side, Sell-Side and Equity-Raise mandates.

Ciarán rejoined Capnua in 2021, having completed a year-long placement with the firm as part of his undergraduate degree. Ciarán holds a first-class honors BSc Economics and Finance degree from University College Dublin.
